Our annual (all expense paid) 2-day Business Planning Retreat consists of a review of our year-over-year company productivity, an awards ceremony, guest speakers and trainers, franchise updates, business planning and goal setting for the year ahead, and Francis usually has a few other surprises up his sleeve...

This year, our office stayed at Oak Island Resort & Spa in Western Shore, Nova Scotia. Our entire Sales Team enjoyed their own rooms or chalets with ocean views, delicious meals, a variety of training, and of course the hotel's amenities like the pool and hot tub!

This year's Guest Speakers included Karrie-Ann Sheppard with Richard Robbins International; who spoke about our upcoming Master Edge Real Estate Training Program, as well as Ian Harling with WebTech Dezine; who spoke about search engine optimization for our personal agent websites, and lastly, Gabrielle Jeans with Real Pro Success; who walked our sales agents through a clean, professional and technologically advanced listing presentation and script.

One of our Broker, Francis MacDonald's surprises included a trip to Ross Farm in New Ross, Nova Scotia where our sales team enjoyed horse-drawn sleigh rides and a private bonfire!

Those sales agents who reached their units goal in 2010, were given special "VIP" treatment at our awards banquet; including VIP-only hor d'oeuvres, a spectacular bag-piped VIP entrance to dinner, personal servers at the VIP head table, and more!
